Gated POA boat ramp

A private concrete ramp gives residents direct Lake Austin launch access. The ramp is gated and POA-controlled — access is limited to Apache Shores property owners in good standing and their authorized guests, with a key or gate code issued by the association.

Day docks and dock rules

Day docks let owners tie up while loading, swimming, or visiting the park. They're for daytime use only — no overnight mooring or long-term slips — which keeps turnover high and space available through the summer.

Waterfront park and picnic areas

The POA-maintained park sits directly on Lake Austin with picnic areas, a sand beach, and shaded gathering spots. It's the social heart of the neighborhood and the launch point for paddleboards, kayaks, and small craft.

Geronimo Park trails and disc golf

Geronimo Park adds shaded nature trails and a disc golf course through the Hill Country terrain inside the neighborhood — an everyday amenity that most lake-access communities of this price simply don't have.

Pool, tennis, and pickleball

A separate community center includes a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and meeting space. These amenities are POA-maintained and included in the modest annual dues — no additional club membership required.

The Apache Shores Property Owners Association maintains all common amenities: the waterfront park, boat ramp, day docks, Geronimo Park, community center, pool, and courts.
